Frequently Asked Questions

    • Where is your shopping cart?

The website is currently under construction, so untilit’s completed some features including a shopping cart are missing. Hopefully this feature will be up soon, however in the meantime if you are interested in any pieces you see here please call or email Neroli directly using this link. We can accept payment via PayPal and can post, framed or unframed worldwide.

    • Will textile art last as long as conventional media based artwork?

Every single piece of textile art on this website has been made with absolute attention to detail. While all art may fade in sunlight and we do recommend you keep your art quilts out of direct light our pieces are designed to last a lifetime. In fact I hope you will want to pass your piece of unique textile art down from family member to family member.

  • How do I take care of my new textile based artwork?

Most of the smaller pieces are framed for optimum protection. However if you purchase a stand alone piece a gentle shake or light wipe down with a damp cloth is usually sufficient . Many of Neroli’s pieces may be rinsed or even washed, but please check with us first. We do not recommend putting any of the work in a washing machine.

  • Do you take commissions?

Absolutely. Please contact Neroli directly by calling 0417 038 320 or email using this link. Any of the artwork types featured are available via commission, from an art quilt through to a photography sitting. If you see something you liked on the site but would like to personalise it or have an idea in mind please ask.

  • Is your work collectable / Will it go up in value?

It should do! While there are no guarantees Neroli has begun to achieve a name for herself across Australia and throughout other parts of the world. Frequent work promoting herself across social media, entering competitions / juried exhiitions and writing for magazines helps to further this. Neroli’s distinct artistic style has become quite recognisable, which helps to make her artwork very collectable.
